Is my washer using too much water?
The water level in your washing machine should only fill to 30% above the bottom of the glass. Any more/less prevents your washer from operating efficiently.

What is the emergency stop button?
Let’s save you a service call. Your appliance may have a big red emergency stop button on the front of it. We get a lot of calls from businesses saying their equipment doesn’t power on and the breaker isn’t tripped. This red button has been pushed in and that’s what powers off the machine. all you have to do is pull it out. Some require you to twist it to release it. then voila, power is restored.
